Short version: no cookies, no tracking tools, no account. We only keep what we need to deliver your files.

Visiting the site

Your browser sends technically necessary data when you load a page (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). The server uses it to deliver the page and does not store it in a way that identifies you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in running the site.

Visitor statistics

We count page views, how many visitors there were per day, which website sent them (e.g. instagram.com) and whether they used a phone or a computer. For this your browser keeps a random ID for the current tab only (sessionStorage); it is deleted when you close the tab. We store totals per day, never an individual profile. No cookies, no third-party analytics.

Buying

Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland), which receives the payment details, the amount and your email address and processes them under its own privacy policy. Card data never reaches our server. We store an order number, the amount, the pack you bought, the time and your email address, so we can give you access to your downloads and meet tax retention rules. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

Downloads

Your download page is reachable through a random link. Anyone with the link can download the files, so please keep it private.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept for as long as tax law requires (in Germany up to 10 years). Statistics contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and complain to a data protection authority. Just write to hello@nivovisuals.de.
